Any clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian book an appointment, sign required documents on your behalf and must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian when attending a consultation &/or treatment session.
Babies and young children can always be booked into treatment sessions and undergo Bioresonance Therapy by being accompanied by their parent or guardian.
You must be over the age of 18 years to use the BIOVIBES website [www.biovibes.com.au] and to purchase any goods and services.
Preferably accompanying visitors such as babies, children or other individuals should be avoided. As other individuals’ energetic frequencies severely interfere with the BICOM® Optima instrument and the energetic information, which subsequently affects the outcome of YOUR treatment. We suggest you arrange a babysitter for babies and young children before you book you appointment. However, speak to your Practitioner if this could be an issue or in the case of other special circumstances, as allowances may be arranged. We thank you for your understanding.

All new BIOVIBES Bioresonance Therapy clients MUST carefully read, complete, sign (where required) all relevant forms and return them at least 3 business days prior to their Initial, First Consultation & Treatment appointment. This is to gather relevant clinical information about you to assess your suitability for treatments.
Please ensure you have read our Cancellation Policy (below) prior to making a booking.
BIOVIBES practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.
Each client must have a full consultation and assessment before any treatments are applied.
We accept payments by direct deposit.
Our policy is full fee payment by direct deposit must be made at the time of booking, and funds cleared, no later than 3 business days prior to your appointment day.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.
We will undertake all reasonable efforts to fill the vacancy with a replacement client, to avoid any charges being applied. However, this may not always be the case, due to the limited extent of notice or lack thereof.
It is the clients responsibility to phone BIOVIBES by 10:00 a.m. on the business day prior to your scheduled appointment, to notify of any changes or cancellations.
If prior notification is not given, a ‘Cancelled Booking Fee’ will be charged, which will be equal to the value of fifty percent (50%) of the consultation/treatment fee for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled or not attended.
In the likelihood whereby a situation arises, which is due to unforeseen circumstances, a crisis, a legitimate emergency and/or other circumstances beyond the clients control (such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, an accident, serious illness or hospitalisation, etc.) which therefore prevents the client from attending or cancelling their appointment with sufficient notice you, then BIOVIBES reserve the right to request official, valid proof of such an event to assist in determining whether a waiver of the ‘Cancelled Booking Fee’ may or may not be applied. Clinic Closure In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances where the practitioner is not fit or well enough to carry out the duties of the position or to perform treatment sessions, resulting in the clinic needing to be closed for a period of time, clients will be notified at the earliest time possible.
Clients can elect to be fully refunded or reschedule at another more suitable time. BIOVIBES will therefore offer clients a '50% OFF Gift Voucher' to be used at their next treatment session or transferable to another regular BIOVIBES client, in lieu of any inconveniences.

Clients are obliged to phone BIOVIBES to advice of any delays, rescheduling, cancellations or any such circumstances that may prevent their attendance, as soon as possible on 0431 971 721.
Where appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to not being able to attend the scheduled booking time, or in the case of unforeseen circumstance (see definition in Cancellation Policy) outside of your control, then terms as outlined in the Cancellation Policy will therefore apply.

We will endeavour to send you a reminder text prior to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
If you experience discomfort or reactions during your treatment session such as sensations of warmth or cold, tingling, palpitations, pain, dizziness, nausea, congestion in the head, outbreaks of sweating or sensations of pressure: you must immediately inform your Practitioner so that treatment can be adjusted to your level of comfort.
It is your responsibility to inform the Practitioner of any change in your condition/circumstance e.g. change in prescription drugs, pregnancy, and test results from a Medical practitioner or Specialist etc.
Notify the clinic of any changes to your contact details including name changes, address, mobile number, email and emergency contact person. This will help the clinic to get appointment reminders and any necessary or important information to you.
BIOVIBES practitioners reserve the right to determine if the client is suitable for treatment, what suitable treatments are used and can refuse treatment for the client if deemed not suitable. This decision is to be made by the BIOVIBES Bioresonance Therapy practitioner at their absolute discretion.
We reserve the right to discharge or refer any case where the Practitioner feels that the case is beyond the scope of practice of this clinic or the client refuses to co-operate with the recommendations mutually agreed upon.
