The Bioresonance method is very well-tolerated by and suitable for all age groups: from infants to the elderly. Specific requirements and care must be taken by the accredited, trained Bioresonance Therapy practitioner in the case of individuals fitted with pacemakers, hearing aids, metal implants or fragments, who have organ transplants and any other complex conditions.
Can infants and children have treatments?
Yes!, they absolutely can! In reality, children respond well to this therapy, in general, a great deal faster than adults, as their body's toxin loads and exposure to stressors are usually far less due to their age. A key advantage for children who get anxious about being touched is that there is minimal physical contact during the treatment. The therapy is a well-tolerated, non-invasive and gentle, therefore causing no distress. Nevertheless, as with adults, if the nervous system or skin is involved, treatments can be more extensive.
Babies and young children can be booked into treatment sessions and undergo Bioresonance Therapy, however, they must be accompanied and supervised at all times by their parent or guardian.
What if I'm pregnant?
Bioresonance Therapy is suitable for treating pregnant women, only after their first trimester (first three months).
What happens during a treatment?
During a treatment session, the patient usually lies down or can sit in a totally relaxed position. They are connected to the Bioresonance biofeedback device via either holding or placement of electrodes on the body. We will ask you to provide a small amount of bodily fluid (usually saliva) for the device to use your bodies’ information to assist therapy.
How long do treatment sessions go for?
All new patients primarily attend an 'Initial, First Consultation & Treatment' appointment, with the adult session, being two (2) hours and children's only one (1) hour.
'Follow-up Consecutive Treatments' for adults and children take one (1) hour. However, if your infant, children or even yourself find it challenging to attend for this length of time then a half hourly (30 mins) session could be allocated, in any case, this should be discussed prior to making a booking.
What does a treatment feel like?
Being a completely non-invasive and gentle therapy, the majority of patients experience little or no sensation during treatments, making it suitable for infants to the elderly. However, some patients may be aware of a slightly warm or tingly feeling.
How much do treatment sessions cost?
Go to our Bookingspage of this website for more detail on our Fee Structure, Payment Option and Terms.
Is there anything I should do before a treatment session?
Once a booking has been made you will be sent a 'Welcome Pack' which will outline what to do before attending your treatment sessions.
How many treatments will I need?
Treatment plans vary from patient to patient depending on the underlying wellbeing and conditions of each individual. Its necessary to take into consideration factors such as constitution, age, the amount of stressors identified within the body, stage of the pathological process, the severity and complexity of the condition, environmental exposures, what other strategies that may have been used to support the concern (e.g. exercise and nutrition), what other stressors may be affecting the body (e.g. emotional stress) and how close together consecutive therapy sessions occur.
Typically children respond much quicker than adults and may need 4-6 treatments. It generally takes longer for adults averaging between 6-8 sessions. The 'Initial, First Consultation & Treatment' appointment is when an assessment of your total health history (past & present) is analysed and testing is carried out to help construct a treatment plan, which gives us an indication of approximately how many treatments may be required.
Nonetheless, the time frame required and the success of the therapy is dependent upon the body's ability to respond to this therapy, and your compliance with any recommendations and advice given by the Bioresonance Therapy practitioner.
How often will I need to have treatments?
Any recent injuries or acute conditions may require more intensive treatments, ideally done on a daily basis until relief has been achieved.
Long-term chronic or persisting conditions will need to be treated once a week initially, to fortnightly or monthly thereafter.
By preference, patients later transition to an annual session, for ongoing upkeep to ensure optimal long-term health and well-being.
Can anyone else attend the appointment with me?
It's recommended, and preferable that you attend your treatment session without other individuals being present.
The energetic frequency fields of other individuals may strongly interfere with the energetic information of the Bioresonance biofeedback device and your own body, subsequently affecting your treatments outcome. Therefore we would recommend you arrange a sitter for babies and young children prior to booking your appointment, to ensure you gain the full benefits of the appointment time from your personal self-care.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, where you are unable to attend your treatment session alone, we that you talk directly with your practitioner to find a solution.
What can I do in the case of an emergency?
Dependant upon appointment availability, half hour (30 mins) ‘Emergency Bioresonance Treatment’ sessions are available for existing patients (ONLY) who present with an urgent acute condition whereby immediate pain relief is necessary to support and alleviate pain and symptoms.
How effective is this therapy?
It has been reported by experienced Bioresonance Therapy practitioners that an average 80 to 90% success rate has been achieved, depending on the patient group. One patient in nine or ten is regrettably unable to be helped. A possible reason for treatment being unsuccessful may lie with an undetected or untreated psychological (conscious, subconscious or unconscious) or physical block.
Are there any side-effects?
Bioresonance Therapy is known for being a well-tolerated, non-invasive, gentle therapy.
The Bioresonance method is a regulatory method of treatment, comparable to homoeopathy, physiotherapy and acupuncture. With methods of regulatory therapy such as a Bioresonance Therapy, the body is given an impulse to which it should react. The right impulse triggers a chain of biochemical reactions in the body which activate the organisms powers of self-healing to take countermeasures against the cause of the disorder. An incorrect impulse has no or minimal effect. Consequently, if using the Bioresonance Therapy method properly, it is difficult to do something completely wrong. Seldom do patients experience what's called a mild “healing crisis” in which the symptoms temporarily worsen following their therapy. This indicates that the therapy, while correct, may have been too intense. This will give the practitioner important clues about any possible hidden therapy blocks.
Bioresonance Therapy practitioners always test if a program will benefit the body before dispensing a therapy program. The right impulse should trigger a chain of biochemical reactions in the body which activate the organisms powers of self-healing to take countermeasures against the cause of the disorder.
What about my conventional medication and treatments?
Bioresonance Therapy does not require you to interrupt or discontinue current conventional medications or treatments, as prescribed by your doctor. Any changes to your wellness regime should be undertaken with the supervision of your doctor or healthcare professional.
Will I need to abstain from certain foods and fluids?
Some treatments, in particular for allergies, may require abstention from some foods and fluids for a few weeks during your treatment plan to allow the body to heal. These may include gluten, wheat, dairy, soy and eggs, soy, caffeine and alcohol to name a few. Possible withdrawal reactions could be experienced as tiredness and (rarely) headaches, but these symptoms usually subside after a short time. When these obstacles to the body’s own self-healing processes are removed, healing occurs.
How come I haven't heard of Bioresonance Therapy before?
Invented in Germany in 1977, now with over 17,000 devices used by medical practitioners, veterinarians, dentists and complementary health practitioners in over 90 countries have established a growing global presence with a formidable presence in Europe, China and Russia.
Having been introduced to Australia in 1998 Bioresonance Therapy is still be considered a relatively 'new' therapy method. There are now over 100 therapists practising throughout Australia, flourishing well and mostly owing to 'word of mouth' from patients who have experienced effective results.
A possible rationale as to why Bioresonance Therapy isn't so widely known in Australia may be due to medical research being mostly commissioned by pharmaceutical companies. Seeing that Bioresonance Therapy does not encompass drugs, it is, therefore, less researched.
Is Bioresonance Therapy covered by Private Health Funds?
Regrettably, no! Bioresonance Therapy is also not covered by Medicare or HiCaps.
Does Bioresonance Therapy work for every condition?
Bioresonance Therapy supports the body so that organs, glands and systems are strengthened to effect its own healing. All organs and systems of the body can benefit throughout the duration of continued therapy sessions. Energetic medicine does not treat diseases it treats the body. Bioresonance Therapy has shown to be helpful in many conditions, as well as pain reduction, muscle relaxation, stress reduction and reduction of allergic reactions.
Can Bioresonance Therapy reverse dis-ease?
Throughout our website, the word, ‘cure’ has not once been used. Bioresonance Therapy has shown to be helpful in relieving symptoms of many conditions, assisting the function of any cells or tissues in the body to promote balance and self-healing. Bioresonance Therapy cannot, however, restore life back into cells and tissues that have already died.
As with any condition, it is not possible to know in advance how many of the symptoms were already due to malfunction, let alone what amount of damage had already been sustained. Therefore, no one can know ahead of time how much recovery is achievable.
